The Board Leadership Committee develops and oversees the implementation of the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Board Leadership Development Strategy on an annual basis.
The committee is composed of:
ü Director of Education
ü Superintendent of Instructional Services,
ü Superintendent of Administrative Services,
ü Assistant Superintendent,
ü Principal
Role of Committee:
To work collaboratively in assessing, evaluating the available data on School Board System needs and develop a set of goals for the academic year using the Professional Learning Cycle (hyperlink?). Throughout the year the committee meets to monitor the annual plan and make adjustments where necessary.
