Here are the supply lists for Grades 1-2 and for Grades 3-6.
Your JK child will be provided with a letter as to what is required when they attend their interviews at the beginning of the school year.
Your SK student will also be provided with this kind of information as well when they attend the first day of school which is September 1, 2010.
2010-2011 Junior Kindergarten Registration
We need more!!
WE ONLY NEED TWO MORE REGISTRANTS TO OFFER A THIRD FULL JK CLASS THIS YEAR!
At present, we are only able to offer a split JK/SK class with our new JK students attending on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you know of anyone who is interested in registering their child for JK, please have them contact the Board Office at 468-9851 as soon as possible.
You may download our registration papers here to begin the registration process however there are other documents that need to be filled out as well. You will have to stop by our office on August 23rd when it reopens to pick up the remaining required papers. Until all required documentation is received, your name will continue on our waiting list until such time as you provide the entire package.
We are presently offering two full Junior Kindergarten classes for the 2010-2011 school year with 20 students in each class but are unable to confirm a third class at this time.
At the time of registration , we require a copy of your child's most recent Immunization Record and a copy of one of the following documents:
1) Birth Certificate
2) Birth Registration
3) Baptismal Certificate
4) Passport
