The Kenora Catholic District School Board provides access to school facilities for the promotion of physical activities for youth, adult fitness programs and not-for-profit organizations. School facilities such as gymnasiums, libraries, cafeterias and classrooms are available to the public when a caretaker is scheduled to be on duty.
How to book a school facility
Once you have figured out which school facility you are interesting in using, you should contact the school to find out if it is available. You will need to know which part of the school you want to use (library, gym, classroom) and the dates and times. If it is available, you will need to complete an application form and send it to the school. The form must then be approved and signed by the school principal before the school facility can be used.
