Christmas Message to Families
Throughout the Advent season, we are reminded of the promises of hope, peace, and joy that Christ brings into our lives. In our schools, these values are reflected in the care, faith, and sense of belonging that surround students each day as they learn and grow.
As part of this reflection, we invite you to enjoy a short Christmas video created across our KCDSB schools. We asked students and staff one simple question:
What is your favourite thing about Christmas? From meaningful traditions and time with family to moments of joy, kindness, and laughter, their responses are a beautiful reminder of what makes this season so special.

Christmas is a time to pause, reflect, and renew. We hope this season offers your family time together, moments of rest, and space for gratitude and peace. As we look ahead to the New Year, we wish our students continued curiosity and growth, and our families renewed strength, joy, and many blessings.
All Kenora Catholic District School Board schools will be closed for Christmas Break from December 22 to January 2. Schools will reopen on Monday, January 5.
